Top Tips for Finding Your Inner Peace!

Are you sick and tired of being anxious and worried all the time? Do you constantly say, “I’m so stressed out.”? Would you love to find your inner peace for good? If you really want to change your life and experience a mental adjustment, then do the following exercise. It might take some time and effort, but you are worth it and the information and feedback you’ll receive will be enlightening.

It’s Time to Journal

Ask yourself these questions and write down the answers.

1. How do I know if I’m anxious or stressed out?

2. How do I feel when I’m anxious/stressed? Where is that feeling located in my body? How do I feel emotionally and physically?

3. How specifically do I want to feel both emotionally and physically?

4. Is my anxiety preventing me from doing something or completing a project?

5. What do I want to be able to do?

Write an Affirmation

Once you’ve honestly answered these questions and written out the answers, next write out a positive statement about how you want to feel in the present tense.

For example:

I feel great. I feel in control of my thoughts and feelings. I feel calm and at ease. My breathing is regular and even. I am clear headed. Every muscle in my body is relaxed. I am at peace with myself and the world around me. Everything is working out for me. I look forward to opportunities that are coming my way. I am grateful for all that I have. I feel encouraged today. I am feeling uplifted and optimistic. I feel strong and confident. I choose to feel joy. I am prepared for this day. I am blessed. I know that I have a choice and I choose to feel good. Each day is a gift. I am completely healed, restored, and blessed. I am filled with light and love. I will thrive in all areas of my life today – mind, body, and soul. I will focus on what I desire. I love feeling joyful. I love all humanity. Life is an exciting adventure. I am peaceful and calm. I am filled with joy and appreciation. Focus and clarity are mine today. I am inherently worthy. I love that I get to wake up and see the sun rise and know that all is well with the world. Today is a new day, one that has never been before. I choose healthy food that my body craves. I love to be out in nature and observe the beauty around me. I eat healthy every day. I love my life. I am resistance free.

Now focus on what you wrote and allow yourself to feel this now. Start with 5 minutes of positive thinking every day.

You are a powerful creator, and you get to choose the thoughts in your head. You have free will. No one can insert their thoughts into your head.

Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

You need to stop comparing yourself to others. You might be so worried about what others are thinking and saying that you aren’t even sure what you think anymore. You are a unique individual. You are supposed to be different and not like everyone else. Embrace your individuality and your gifts.

Life is a game, and you get to play it any way you choose. You don’t need to prove yourself to anyone else. The truth is that you’re probably being harder on yourself than anyone else. Stop it. It’s time to give yourself a break and enjoy life.

Enjoy or deny yourself joy. It’s your choice. I understand that this is difficult especially for young men and women that are on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook comparing themselves to others all day long. If social media stresses you out stop paying attention to it. You don’t have to be on your computer or your phone 24/7. Instead start to treat yourself like the amazing human that you are.

Get Outside & Eat Healthy

Nature is the best medicine in the world so get outside. Breathe the fresh air, feel the sunshine, and move your body. Make it a daily intention to exercise more!

Eat healthy food. You know what healthy is; fruits, veggies, grains, you know, real food. Your body will guide you. Think about how you feel after you eat certain foods. Listen to your body. It’s that easy.

Once you understand how powerful you are and that you get to create your reality you will notice that there’s nothing to worry about. Thoughts of worry are simply a vibration. Thoughts of confidence are a vibration. Which vibration will you choose today?

Love Yourself

Look at yourself in the mirror. I mean really gaze at yourself. What do you see? How do you feel about yourself? Do you like what you see? Do you love yourself? You must love yourself to manifest your desires, to enjoy life and to love others fully.

Just Do It!

You can do whatever it is that you want. There is no age, time, or space limitation except what is in your mind. Your mind is so powerful that it can even change matter.  Learn how to use your mind. Everything you want can come to you in a way that is perfect, easy, and fun.
