What Are You Going to Do Between Now and Dead?

Sometimes, a single question has the power to shake us awake. For me, that question came while sitting in a cemetery with my coach.

He looked at me and asked:
“What are you going to do between now and dead?”

It pierced straight through me. In that moment, I realized I wasn’t truly living. I was existing. I was playing the part of an ‘extra’ in my own life — going through the motions, checking the boxes, but not feeling alive.

That question was the catalyst for change. It sent me on a journey to discover what it really means to live fully and authentically.

From Existing to Truly Living

Before that moment, my life looked fine on the outside, but on the inside I felt stuck. Have you ever felt that way? Like you’re moving, but not really moving forward?

I knew something had to change. And over time, I discovered the 5 daily habits that shifted everything for me. These practices helped me move from obligation to joy, from survival mode to a life filled with purpose.
