I am a spiritual mentor, energy healer practitioner, teacher, and inspirational speaker. My desire is to help you understand who you really are, your purpose for being here, and to provide you with the clarity, confidence, and courage to live your life as the powerful creator that I know you to be. 

A few years ago, I began my spiritual journey by setting my timer for 5 minutes, quieting my mind, and asking God, “Who Am I?” Honestly, I didn’t know what I was doing at the time, but now I know that I was feeling the calling of my soul. I knew that I was here for more – more joy, more abundance, more freedom – but I didn’t know how to get it. Since then, I’ve learned that it’s not my job to know the ‘how’. When you truly understand how powerful you are then you will surrender and let go of the how. God, Spirit, Universe has it all figured out. Now, I am on a mission to help you live a life you love and stand in fearless faith, nonresistance, and unconditional love. I’m also passionate about helping you heal so that you can achieve optimum physical and emotional well-being.
