In a world that moves fast, it’s easy to feel disconnected – from ourselves, from others, and from the deeper love we know is possible.
But what if you didn’t have to leave your life to feel that love? What if you could anchor it in every moment, even when life gets busy?
That’s what my latest video explores: “5D Love in a 3D World.”
What Is 5D Love?
5D love isn’t just a feeling. It’s a frequency – a state of coherence, compassion, and presence. It’s the kind of love that doesn’t depend on conditions or circumstances. It’s the love that arises when you’re fully present, fully open to receiving, and fully you.
Why We Lose It
In our modern world, we’re constantly pulled into survival mode – emails, notifications, deadlines, and demands. Our nervous system gets hijacked, and we forget what it feels like to be still, to be soft, to be love.
How to Anchor 5D Love in Your Life
Here are a few practices I share in the video:
- Micro-practices: 1. 60-second breath resets – take a few deep breaths each time you get in and out of your car – go through a doorway or before you make a call, 2. Before an interaction with anyone, send them love, and when you are talking with someone practice intentional eye contact – noticing their eye color.
- Love Anchors – small rituals that bring you back to coherence. 1. First thing in the morning say – thank you for waking me up – thank you for my physical body – thank you for all the uplifting, exciting things that are going to unfold today. 2. At the end of the day write down what brought you joy. 3. If you have a commute – even a short one – you can practice gratitude. Say out loud or to yourself – I’m grateful for – I love – I enjoy – I’m passionate about…and let it all out.
A Guided Practice
In the video, I also lead you through a deep guided meditation you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed.
You don’t have to leave your life to feel 5D love. You can infuse it into your daily moments, even when you’re busy, tired, or overwhelmed.
