Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your participation in our women’s retreat. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and considerate to all parties involved, while also covering the costs we incur in preparation for the retreat.
Cancellation by Participant

Up to 90 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
- Full refund of the retreat fee minus a $100 administrative fee.

60 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
- 50% refund of the retreat fee.

30 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
- 25% refund of the retreat fee.

Less than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
- No refund available.
Cancellation by Organizers

Full Refund:
- If the retreat is canceled by the organizers for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Partial Refunds and Postponements:
- If the retreat is postponed or rescheduled, participants can choose to transfer their fees to the new dates or request a full refund.
Travel and Accommodation Costs
- The retreat organizers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants. It is recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations or changes.
Transfer of Registration
- Substitutions:
- Due to the nature of our content and building out customized experiences, we do not allow participants to transfer their registration to another person before the retreat start date without any additional charge.
Force Majeure
- In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the retreat. Participants will be offered a choice between a full refund or transferring their fees to a future retreat date.
